Now there are no issues left for me to sort through as far as I know. In the end Vortex/LOOT still warned me of a few patches I missed (which is a goddamn great feature) so I went ahead and got those as well.

With every mod I chose as I built my list I carefully looked at their pages for (in)compatibilities and downloaded any patches that were needed (to the point of even giving up some mods, like Summermyst, when the process needed to make it compatible with my list seemed 'too rich for my blood', a.k.a. I let Vortex automatically manage my load order since I figure it can do a better job than whatever I could think of, and that seems to be encouraged.

I'm using the Vortex mod manager and all the 'Fix' mods I could find like SSE Fixes v3 and SSE Engine Fixes. I'll follow up now with details on how I built my load order in hopes of helping you help me (please forgive me if I give unnecessary information, I'm just trying to make things easier), then my PC specs and load order by the end. I'm asking for help with figuring out what I need to disable or fix to make the game playable because I don't want to spend 4 more days wrinklin my brainz by myself only to hit another brick wall. Loading screens also take ridiculously long. I later also found out about BethINI, downloaded that and set it to Medium with the recommended tweaks and that was still not enough to fix the ridiculous amount of stuttering. When applying DyndoLOD I went for the most basic options, like 256 and Medium, following GamerPoets' video on the basics of DyndoLOD as suggested by more than one mod page. I know my PC isn't high end which is why I avoided ENBs and the Open Cities mod.

I've spent my entire free time over the last few days reading up on mods and setting up all the mods I wanted for a playthrough, but once I got in game, for some reason my FPS was completely annihilated, to the point that the stuttering makes it unplayable in open areas and very annoying in dungeons and the sort. And for the second, I uninstalled it completely and I'll be giving Dawn of Skyrim + ETaC a shot. For the first one, I just downloaded the lower res textures in its own mod page. The two main culprits for my stuttering were Skyrim 2020 w Parallax (as I suspected) and JK's Skyrim.
